Mobile Application Administrator

Job Description:

  • Content management: The administrator is responsible for updating and maintaining the app's content, which includes adding new material, editing existing content, and removing outdated data.
  • Application monitoring: Involves tracking errors and failures.
  • Software updates: Installing updates and security patches ensures that the application complies with the latest technology standards and security requirements.
  • Collaboration with developers: The administrator collaborates closely with the development team to implement changes and enhancements to the application. This includes discussing user feedback and analyzing usage data to plan and implement innovations.
  • Analysis and reporting: The administrator collects and analyzes data on user activity to understand how effectively the app is being used and to identify directions for further development.
  • Training and development: The administrator engages in continuous learning of new trends and technologies in the field of mobile applications to enhance their individual skills and capabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Application viability and lifecycle management: The administrator oversees application updating, regulation, and continuous operation, as well as configures the Ondoc application within the 1C system.
  • Performance monitoring and analysis: Tracks the application's real-world performance, analyzing usage and performance data to identify potential improvements.
  • Technical support and maintenance: Addresses technical issues encountered by users, and updates software versions to address bugs and enhance functionality.
  • Compliance with standards and regulations: Ensuring the application's adherence to all applicable standards and legal requirements, including those pertaining to data privacy.
  • User interaction: Engages with users to gather feedback and utilize it for application improvement.
  • Teamwork: Collaborating with developers, designers, and marketers in order to plan and implement new opportunities.
  • Security assurance: Develops and implements security measures to safeguard user data and prevent unauthorized access to the system.
  • Training and instruction: Develops training materials to educate users and company employees on the application's functionality and features.

Knowledge:

  • Programming fundamentals: Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Swift, or Kotlin is beneficial for effective communication with developers and grasping the technical intricacies of an application.
  • Mobile Application Technologies: Understanding of Android and iOS platforms, encompassing their features and limitations.
  • Databases: Basic proficiency in working with databases, such as MySQL, Firebase, or MongoDB, for efficient management of application data.
  • UX/UI Principles: Understanding the principles of user interface design and user experience is essential for creating an intuitive and impactful user interface.
  • Security Standards: Knowledge of protocols and best practices in security is crucial for safeguarding user data and mitigating vulnerabilities.
