In accordance with the law, the provision of services at any medical institution commences with the process of identifying the visitor.
At Vardanants, prior to the beginning of February 2022, visitor identification was conducted during each visit by manually entering data from the provided identification document into the registration system. This occasionally resulted in inaccuracies and omissions, leading to instances where the same visitor was registered multiple times.
To prevent such errors, Vardanants has decided to:
Digitize the entry and storage of personal data by transitioning to electronic questionnaires.
Minimize the risk of human error in data entry by directly accessing information from the passport database managed and stored in the State Population Register (SPR).
In accordance with the RA Law "On the Protection of Personal Data" (Part 3 of Article 7), visitors are required to provide consent for the retrieval of updated data from the SPR by signing a document.
However, if a visitor chooses not to sign this document, the previous format of service will be maintained.
