Vardanants Center for Innovative Medicine invites a Digital Technologies Project Manager to join its team. At Vardanants we actively develop new spheres, such as telemedicine, mobile applications, online drugstore, as well as education programs like hypertension school, young mothers school, diabetes school and balanced nutrition school. Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Development and Implementation of Digital Solutions: Coordination of projects related to creation and development of telemedicine services, mobile applications for patients, online pharmacy and educational platforms.
• Project management: Development of project plans, determining milestones, managing deadlines and budgets, monitoring task performance.
• Communication and coordination: Day-to-day collaboration with the top management of the medical center to discuss strategic issues and project progress. Collaboration with physicians, IT specialists and other key project participants.
• Analysis and optimization: Evaluating the effectiveness of implemented technologies, analyzing data, gathering feedback, and presentation of process improvement proposals.
• Quality assurance: Overseeing compliance with quality and data security standards during the implementation of digital solutions.

Requirements:

• University degree in information technology, project management or equivalent;
• Digital project management experience, preferably in the medical field.
• In-depth knowledge of modern technologies, including telemedicine, mobile applications and online platforms.
• Project management skills including plan development, resource management, time and budget control.
• Ability to multi-task, quick decision making and risk management skills.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with various professionals, including top management.
• Basic knowledge of medical ethics and data privacy would be an asset.
