  • Customer service by phone, provision of necessary information, registration, referral,
  • making callbacks.


  • Knowledge of Armenian and Russian is mandatory,
  • knowledge of at least 1 other foreign language will be considered an advantage,
  • Experience in customer service is desirable,
  • literate, confident speech,
  • Ability to learn quickly.

Additional notes:

Work schedule: 40-hour work week with set hours.
