Endoscopic interventions

Endoscopy is one of the most informative and modern methods for diagnosing gastrointestinal diseases.

The following endoscopic services are provided at our center:

🔹 Gastroscopy — an endoscopic examination of the upper gastrointestinal tract and one of the most accurate and informative methods for diagnosing gastrointestinal conditions. It makes it possible to detect even the slightest pathological changes at an early stage.

The examination is performed using a gastroscope — a flexible endoscopic device equipped with a light source and a high-quality camera at its tip.

🔹 Colonoscopy — an endoscopic examination of the large intestine and the terminal part of the small intestine, which allows the detection of inflammatory, precancerous, and tumor changes, as well as other diseases.

🔹 Therapeutic endoscopic interventions

  • elastic ligation of esophageal varices
  • endoscopic control of gastrointestinal bleeding
  • endoscopic dissection of submucosal lesions
  • endoscopic removal of foreign bodies

We work in accordance with the principles of evidence-based medicine, applying approaches aligned with international guidelines and using modern high-tech equipment — Olympus EXERA III CV-190 Plus and Olympus EVIS X1 endoscopic systems. These systems provide high-quality imaging, optical magnification capability, and more accurate diagnostics.
