• Avoid direct sunlight, according to the UV index. How? Using any smartphone, you can find out the index forecast with a time interval in your region.
• Wear a hat and sunglasses.
• Refresh your sunscreen on the beach every two hours. Use sunscreen ointments with SPF (starting at 30 SPF).

Enjoy the summer safely and beautifully.

And remember that sunscreens should be used not only on the beach and not only in summer.
