On July 26, “Vardanants” Medical Center launched its 20th anniversary celebration with an off-site corporate retreat in the picturesque nature of Lori.
The slogan of the day: "Vardanants Is Me".

Mr. Levon Altunyan, CEO of the Center, delivered an honest, inspiring, and humor-filled welcome speech:
"Can you imagine if I started with a classic report—how many square meters we’ve built, how many thousands of patients we dreamed of receiving under state order…
But I’ll start differently. I’ll start with the first word of our mission: To Amaze.

He sincerely admitted that it’s not always possible to amaze everyone, but that goal is exactly what the team continues to pursue every single day.
“We truly manage to amaze. Not always, but mostly. Not everyone, but the majority. As for the rest—we’re still working on it. We work to amaze patients with the quality of service, fast diagnostics, and treatment timelines.”

A special focus in his speech was given to the importance of teamwork:
"Sometimes we even amaze each other — when we realize how many patients were admitted in just one week, or how a receptionist managed to, while registering a visitor, notice a woman feeling unwell and—without interrupting the registration—call the hotline.
And then we ask ourselves, ‘How do we even manage this?’, and we answer: ‘With undeniable knowledge, technology, compassion, and discipline."

The director emphasized that Vardanants is not just a building or equipment:

"Vardanants is me. It’s you. You. You. It’s all of us.
Each person who may arrive a little frustrated from the morning traffic, but then walks into the center and, turning ‘I’ into ‘We,’ begins to amaze."

He gave special recognition to all the staff members who go above and beyond for their patients—doing more than what is simply required.
"You are the center — the one who didn’t go home until the patient felt better, or until every follow-up call was made.
You are the center — the one who, at three in the morning, found the necessary literature.
You are the center — the one who preserved, delivered the best, ensured comfort, and amazed the inspectors with transparency and precision."

The speech also highlighted a key reminder: the most important person is the patient:
“The one who entrusted us with their health. Every day, they are at the center of all our efforts, and each of our victories is first and foremost their success.

At the end, Mr. Levon Altunyan reiterated the day’s motto:

“Our motto today— “Vardanants is me” —is not just a phrase on a banner. It’s a fact.
Each of your personal successes is the success of the center. And every time you go home after a tough day and think, ‘I did something important today’—that is Vardanants. Thank you for amazing us. And thank you for never stopping your growth, so that you can keep amazing.”

Vardanants is me — we are one, and this is just the beginning.✨
