On February 29 the reception and call center staff at Vardanants MC obtained some new skills and knowledge at training course "Communication skills".

The speakers of the course were business-expert Larina Bichakhchyan and the head of our neurological department Hripsime Podosyan.

The course introduced communication skills and principles that help cope with stress, especially in conflict situations.

Among the main topics discussed there were: active listening, empathy, mutual understanding and managing emotions.

As a result, the course participants not only strengthened their professional skills, but also acquired new ones that will help further improve the quality of our service.
