A medical center is a public and professional environment, so we recommend choosing neat, comfortable clothing that is appropriate for the setting.

Whenever possible, please avoid beachwear or loungewear, excessively short shorts, and beach flip-flops.

📱 Help Maintain a Calm Environment

In waiting areas and corridors, please keep phone conversations at a low volume and use headphones when watching videos or listening to music.

Please remember that people around you may be anxious, feeling unwell, or simply in need of a quiet and peaceful environment.

⏱ Respect Each Other’s Time

Please arrive at the medical center 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment and follow the center’s established queuing procedures.

If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, please let us know in advance. This allows us to offer the available time to another patient.

🤝 Respect Personal Space and Privacy

Medical information is private and confidential. Please respect the personal space of other visitors and refrain from viewing their conversations, medical documents, or information displayed on their screens.

Please also avoid photographing or recording other visitors or members of staff without their permission.

👨‍👩‍👧 Accompanying Visitors

Unless assistance is necessary, we recommend avoiding bringing multiple accompanying visitors to the medical center. This helps maintain a calm and comfortable environment in our waiting areas.

When visiting with children, please supervise them for their safety and, whenever possible, help maintain a calm environment.
